Sometimes as photographers, we need a break from work or life or even our normal photography. Sometimes we get into a creative rut and need a way out. Sometimes we need someone or something to inspire us. The Moniker Photo Walk is a series of quarterly events where we gather photographers from across San Diego to enjoy coffee and create opportunities for conversations, networking, community, and creating our next favorite photos.

Route: Stop 1 - Moniker General Stop 2 - Back Lot Barracks Stop 3 - Park + Abandoned Building

OPTIONAL PHOTO REVIEW CONTEST: Within a week of the photo walk, participants can choose to but are not required to submit their single favorite photo for objective review by the Moniker Group staff.

Submission Rules:1. Each photo must be your own work2. When submitting, rename your file to: “First Name Last Name IG Handle”3. ONLY SUBMIT ONE PHOTO

First Prize: The photo with the most votes will receive a small Moniker gift. This gift could be a gift card, a bag of beans or mug, or apparel along with a featured post on the Moniker General Instagram.

Second Prize: The next 4 most voted for photos will also receive a feature on the Moniker General Instagram in a combined carousel post. All photographers will be tagged in their respective photos.
